Here's what we talked about at today's meeting. Add your updates as they occur. We'll sort everything out on Thursday. Awesome:

- Greg's Frozen Custard (30 Icecreams)

- Saffron - 50 naan + sauce
- Chipotle - 50 burritos (in half, so 100)
- Pizza - lots (we can order extra if we need it depending on how many have signed up - we'll decide on Thursday)
- Spice Bazaar - naan + samosas?
Entertainment:
- DDR (Veena's game, but I'll request the TV)
- Mehndi
- Movie on projector in theater (Veena - Bend it Like Beckham, unless someone else brings something)
- ping-pong - Deepak, we need to make sure that the facilities know about the tables
- Karrom - Tej
- Hackey-sack - Schoenfish, who's talking to him?
- bingo - I'll make this up
- mug decorating - I'll get the supplies, somebody email about people to write (I'll email for Chinese and Russian)

- Tej is gonna make the attendance list and keep track during the event
- different people offered to pick up food, we'll work out the logistics on Thursday

Here's my update:
AV said that they could not videotape fast-a-thon.
Also, I'm talking to the sponsor of Chess Club tomorrow about coordination. I talked to the co-sponsor yesterday, and he said it would be possible, but nothing is for certain until I talk to Mr. Oliver. I'm gonna try to have either sponsor there on Friday, but it looks like that we will probably just get the chess sets.
Question: Is Omair getting us stuff to decorate with (balloons, streamers, etc.)?
and also, i just remembered: ms.fainman, if you could pull me out of 6th period (aerobics, nothing important) as well as 8th, i will be free to help from 5th period and on cuz i have lunch 5th and free 7th. let me know if that's possible.
